Founder-led AI product lab · San Francisco

When AI can act, coordination becomes the interface.

Fuda Labs builds products that help people, agents, and machines share context, make authority visible, and move work forward without hiding human judgment.

Agency creates a coordination problem.

Models are moving from answering questions to acting across software and physical systems. The hard part is deciding who knows what, who may act, how handoffs happen, and where human judgment enters.

We build around shared context, explicit authority, observable action, and systems people can inspect and correct.

Research through products.

Products and experiments turn the thesis into concrete systems that can be used, questioned, and improved.

The products begin with four questions.

  1. Q01

    Shared context

What must a person, agent, or machine know before it acts?

  2. Q02

    Explicit authority

Who may decide, delegate, interrupt, or reverse an action?

  3. Q03

    Legible handoffs

How does intent survive as work moves between participants?

  4. Q04

    Human judgment

Where should a system pause, explain, and ask for intervention?

Working principles

  1. P1

    Build to learn.

Put ideas into working form, observe their limits, and revise.

  2. P2

    Make agency legible.

Show what a system knows, why it acts, and where its authority came from.

  3. P3

    Stay close to use.

Let real people, constraints, and consequences shape the system.
