What we believe

Agency creates a coordination problem.

Models are moving from answering questions to acting across software and physical systems. The hard part is deciding who knows what, who may act, how handoffs happen, and where human judgment enters.

We build around shared context, explicit authority, observable action, and systems people can inspect and correct.

A founder-led lab, grounded in practice.

Wenjie Fu is a San Francisco-based builder whose work spans software, investing, finance, real estate, and e-commerce. That cross-domain path shapes Fuda Labs’ focus on coordination in practice.

He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has 10 wins across 24 hackathons.
